employee at each cooking station. Because of washability,
ordering multiple sets for multiple shifts is optional.
(Extra liners for oven mitts and gloves are recommended
for washing rotation) |

For any cooking station
requiring high temperature protection (>400°F), use
the high temperature mitt for ALL operations at
that station. (If mitts tend to migrate between stations,
order high temperature mitts for all areas.) |

kit is recommended for: all fryer filtering, tilting
skillets, tilting kettles and other food production
with high volume hot liquids. |
